Title of the Position: Sales Associate / Program Advisor


Reports to: Sales Manager


Office Location: Jaypee Klassic Towers, Sector 129, Noida, Uttar Pradesh, 201304


Contact Person: Ms. Sindhu Raja


Overall Responsibility: Responsible for handling sales calls, candidate counseling, guiding in the CPA admission process, and other marketing & business development activities.


Key Responsibility Areas:


1. Candidate Counselling - Counselling prospective students about the benefits of CPA while understanding the student’s perspective and goals (over the phone and live, if student visits).


2. Handling calls – Inbound and outbound sales calls for lead verification, conversion, and after-sale support.


3. Target Management- Organizational targets need to be understood and achieved.

Working hours: 10 A.M. - 7 P.M., Weekly off on Monday (Sunday is a working day, due to the nature of our industry)


Qualification: Interest in Sales & Marketing, A Graduation, MBA is a plus.


Experience: 1-3 years of work experience of working in BPO/Telesales (Education sector preferred).
