- Proficiency in manage financial accounting, preparing ledger books, coordination with Sales & account dept.
- To manage sales, cash, collection & purchase, invoicing, account statement, rising of debit/credit notes pertaining to the voucher.
- Monitoring order processing, credit clearance as per company policy, scrutinizing the Vouchers before payment as per the company procedure & processes.
- Studying the collection credibility of customers and preparing the report.
- Preparing MIS statements pertaining to profitability, sales, and other management Report relating to account & finance.
- Taking adequate measures for timely payments are made to receive from creditors / Debtors.
- An effective communicator with excellent relationship building & interpersonal skills, Strong analytical, problem-solving.
Responsibilities and Duties
- Handling routine office work/bank reconciliation payroll & inventory control.
- Providing needful support to other departments as and when required.
- Disciplined with a proven ability to manage multiple assignments effectively.
- Physical verification of stock and check the status of the go down weakly.
- Preparation of sales return & ledger quarterly.
Experience - :
Minimum 1-year working experience in Accounts Dept.
Graduation - B.Com. Or B.A.
PG - M. Com. or M.A.
